We are so sorry we cannot refund or exchange Look Better Than You Feel because it is a medical garment.  We have carefully inspected each garment for flaws.  This camisole is so stretchy by design so it can be pulled up over your hips after surgery because you cannot raise your arms.  If you are wearing a wig or scarf, you will not mess up your hair or scarf.  There is a lot of wiggle room with fit.  Remember, if in doubt; go up a size: S/M (4-10); L/XL (12-2X).
